We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our residents, providing a first-class service and ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with our Area Manager to manage the maintenance of the property, schedule repairs, and complete health and safety checks.
This is a varied and interesting role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for organizing activities and events for our residents, as well as liaising with contractors and suppliers.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a background in administration and customer service. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
