About the RoleChurchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lodge Manager for our retirement community. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a people-centric environment and possess a strong background in administration and customer service.
As the Lodge Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and its activities, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for our Home Owners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily operations and activities
- Providing exceptional service to Owners
- Managing property maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Scheduling and conducting health and safety checks
- Organizing engaging events and activities for residents
This position is vital to the success of the Lodge and contributes significantly to the satisfaction of our Owners.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have experience in sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or health and social care. Key attributes include:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
