Job Title: Maths Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maths teacher to join our team in Windermere, Cumbria. As a Maths Education Specialist, you will be responsible for teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 classes.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position, working Monday to Thursday, until the end of the academic year.
  • You will report directly to the head of the Maths department.
Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Maths to KS3 and KS4 classes.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and achievement.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  • A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • QTS or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
  • High expectations of achievement and behaviour.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
