About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients in their own communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an independent practitioner within a defined community setting, liaising with other professionals as necessary.
  • Manage a defined caseload and provide supervision to others as appropriate.
  • Provide a high level of safe and effective care, adhering to all Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Liaise with other community services and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and support to others, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Community Psychiatric Nurse role within the UK within the last 3 years.
  • Nursing Qualification & NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
