Main ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of this role include:
- Assessing and planning evidence-based care for service users
- Participating in the setting of quality standards and monitoring their implementation
- Ensuring adherence to professional roles and responsibilities under the Care Programme Approach and current adult and child safeguarding legislation
- Establishing therapeutic relationships with service users and implementing evidence-based interventions
