Community Psychiatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a key member of our community services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an independent practitioner within a defined community setting, liaising with other professionals as necessary.
- Manage a defined caseload and provide supervision to others as appropriate.
- Provide a high level of safe and effective care, adhering to all Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Liaise with other community services and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide mentorship and support to others, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Community Psychiatric Nurse role within the UK within the last 3 years.
- Nursing Qualification and NMC Professional Registration, with current knowledge of nursing practices.
