Key Responsibilities- Act as an independent practitioner within a defined community setting, liaising with other professionals as necessary.
- Manage a defined caseload and provide supervision to others as appropriate.
- Provide a high level of safe and effective care, adhering to all Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Liaise with other community services and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide mentorship and support to others, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Community Psychiatric Nurse role within the UK within the last 3 years.
- Nursing Qualification & NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
