Job Title: Regional HR Advisor - South West

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner and support 12 branches across the South/South West region. As a Regional HR Advisor, you will be the first port of call for staff within the business, providing a generalist HR support and advisory service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support managers through a variety of employee relations issues
• Advising, coaching, and guiding Managers through the full employee lifecycle
• Ensure managers are aware of policies and processes, signposting relevant information
• Organising all aspects of the family-friendly processes for staff including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental and unpaid leave, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Responding efficiently to ad-hoc HR related queries on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:
• Experience of working in Human Resources in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role
• Experience handling a variety of Employee Relations issues, preferably with a blue-collar workforce.
• CIPD qualified (advantageous) ideally with knowledge of UK Employment law
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
• Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
