Job Title: Regional HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team as a Regional HR Advisor. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide generalist HR support and advisory services to our business units across the South and South West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, including absence, performance, conduct, grievance, and capability issues.
  • Ensure managers are aware of company policies, principles, and processes, and provide relevant information and guidance as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Organize and manage family-friendly processes, including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental, and unpaid leave, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Respond to ad-hoc HR-related queries and provide timely and effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role.
  • Knowledge of UK Employment law and ability to apply it in a practical context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
