Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support to individuals with dual-sensory impairments, promoting their personal and social development, and encouraging independence through enabling access to activities.
- Support individuals in their daily lives, including personal care and hygiene, and enabling them to access a variety of activities based on their sensory needs, communication preferences, and interests.
- Work in partnership with individuals, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects that promote the independence and well-being of individuals supported by Sense.
- A full UK license with the use of your own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a variety of settings and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A commitment to promoting the independence and well-being of individuals with complex disabilities.
