About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Ashley Close, a registered care home for adults with learning disabilities.
As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our service users, supporting them with day-to-day tasks, activities, and building genuine relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks.
- Support service users with activities such as bowling, swimming, walking, and lunch outings.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, ensuring their care needs are met and exceeded.
