At Glenholme Healthcare Ltd, we are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a big smile, patience, and a sense of humour, as they will be working with people who may have complex needs. No experience is required, as we provide ongoing training and support to help our staff thrive in their careers.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and support to our service users. You will also have the opportunity to teach independent living skills, manage medication, and participate in community-based activities such as swimming and social events.

We offer a competitive salary, paid training, and a range of benefits, including a salary increase to £11.65 once you have completed our paid-for-care certificate, and a salary increase to £11.80 on completion of a paid-for Level 2-3 NVQ qualification. You will also receive our pension and life assurance cover up to £10,000, as well as access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
