About Us

Hightown is a leading provider of care and support services, and we are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work shifts as part of a rota system, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Work collaboratively with a team to deliver an excellent service to our service users
  • Be flexible in your approach to work and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Have a commitment to equality and diversity and take a positive approach to supporting people with learning disabilities
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to do sleep-ins
