Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to families through tailored plans for positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, schools, and professionals to ensure the best possible support for our clients.
  • Safeguard and promote children's welfare by following local and national safeguarding policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years working with children, young people, or families in a support role.
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred, though not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices, including enhanced DBS checks.
