Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult Healthcare Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical care practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care services to patients, including venepuncture, blood pressure monitoring, urinalysis, and ECGs.
  • Assist healthcare professionals in providing treatment, preventative care, health promotion, and patient education.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to provide a wide range of clinical services.
Requirements:
  • Able to carry out venepuncture, blood pressure monitoring, urinalysis, and ECGs.
  • Able to administer injections and perform diabetic foot checks.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, confidentiality, and safeguarding principles.
  • Ability to use EMIS clinical software and maintain accurate records.
Estimated Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
