About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Clinical Health Service Manager to lead the Home Oxygen Service in North Cumbria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service, ensuring it operates within national and regional guidelines.

The role involves promoting the safe prescribing of home oxygen therapy, providing expert specialist knowledge across the entire sphere of provision, and developing programmes of care for patients. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for planning nurse-led oxygen clinics across community sites and day-to-day management of the service.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. A lease car may be available for this position. The trust offers a competitive NHS Pension scheme, flexible working Scheme, 27-day holiday scheme rising to 33 after 10 years, excellent opportunities for development, access to NHS discounts, and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
