About the Job

The Ward Operations Director role is a critical position within our trust, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing services on Bollin ward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver high-quality patient care and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the workflow and resources on Bollin ward
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination between nursing staff, medical teams, and other stakeholders
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff

Salary: £54,000 - £63,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
