Main Responsibilities
  • You will undertake reviews for diabetic patients, utilizing your knowledge and experience to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Organizing appointments and collaborating with the HCA team to ensure seamless patient support is key to this role.
  • Working closely with the diabetic hub to guarantee patient needs are met and exceeded.
