Nurse in Diabetic Care

As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to cover maternity leave for 1 year in a busy GP Partner led surgery. With over 17,200 patients and a large clinical staff and support team, this role requires exceptional nursing skills and expertise in diabetes management.
Main Responsibilities- You will undertake reviews for diabetic patients, utilizing your knowledge and experience to provide high-quality care and support.
- Organizing appointments and collaborating with the HCA team to ensure seamless patient support is key to this role.
- Working closely with the diabetic hub to guarantee patient needs are met and exceeded.
