About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical care to our residents. This involves providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to ensure delivery of exceptional clinical care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centred care plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Requirements
  • Background in person-centred care planning within a care home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional clinical care
