About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sunday Deputy Shop Manager in our Chippenham store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience and receive accurate information about our products and services.
  • Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock control, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including cash handling, banking, and administration.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
