Cygnet Bostall House provides assessment and treatment for men living with a learning disability and associated complex needs. The team also supports those who have mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge.

We are seeking a HCPC registered Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist with a passion for working with people with complex mental health needs. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates variety and autonomy in their work.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will manage a small caseload at Bostall House and contribute to training, supervision, and service development. Your skills and expertise will be utilised in clinical and risk assessments, developing formulations and care plans, and facilitating group and individual psychological assessments.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Consultant Psychologist and work closely with the team to provide high-quality care. This part-time position (16 hours per week) is available on Monday and Tuesday, offering a great work-life balance.

In addition to competitive pay (£45,000 - £55,000 pro rata annually), we offer fully paid training, paid DBS, free parking, courtesy meals and refreshments while on shift, shopping and entertainment discounts, cycle to work scheme, and opportunities to progress and develop within the company.
