About the Role

The Academic Development Coordinator is a vital member of the Faculty Teaching and Learning Team, overseeing the line management of the Academic Development Assistant. This role involves coordinating and administering the Faculty Academic Development Programme for all staff, including those academic staff required to complete programmes as part of academic probation.

You will be responsible for managing the Administrative Assistant and streamlining processes to meet deadlines. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Faculty, including academic staff, professional services, trainers, and facilitators, is crucial.

This position reports directly to the Faculty Student Service, Support and Development Manager, and is supported by the Faculty Teaching and Learning Office in its hybrid working approach.

A competitive salary range £**40,695 - £**49,149 per annum is available for this role, depending on your experience.
