This Academic Quality Professional position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to ensuring high-quality academic standards and processes at GBS Global Applied Knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- To ensure that policies, procedures, and systems of partner awarding bodies are fully implemented and monitored across programs delivered by GBS.
- To contribute to maintaining, reviewing, and updating GBS academic policies and procedures.
- To write quality monitoring and enhancement reports as required.
- To lead quality assurance and enhancement initiatives, promoting a cycle of continuous improvement and implementing, monitoring, and evaluating enhancements.
- To produce high-quality reports using quantitative and qualitative data for internal and external audiences as needed.
- To coordinate and undertake internal quality audit tasks appropriate to the needs of GBS and demands of awarding bodies/partner organizations.
- To support student-facing processes, ensuring timely responses and satisfactory outcomes.
- To act as secretary to GBS boards and committees as required.
- To work with and complete tasks set by the Associate Director and/or Academic Quality Manager.
- To take on special projects related to the role of Academic Quality Officer.
- You will have excellent written skills and experience in report writing.
- You will be able to compile, analyze, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to incorporate into reports.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be able to work under challenging deadlines and deliver set objectives.
- You will have good organizational skills.
- You will be willing to travel to GBS campuses as necessary.
- A competitive salary: £45,000 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays.
