We are a dynamic team at CoStar Group, passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer service. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be working closely with our senior executives to drive business growth and expansion.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the New Homes sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of sales success in similar environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with senior executives to understand customer needs and develop solutions
- Manage relationships with Head office or Regional offices
- Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients
- Work with senior team members to manage risks and communicate results
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales success in similar environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and objection handling skills
- Able to work in a consultative selling style with account management techniques
- Ability to navigate a large organisation and identify decision-makers
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
