Academic Support Role

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, ASD, ADHD, and associated learning difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with children with special educational needs and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students.
  • Working alongside teachers and other support staff.
  • Creating a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere and environment.
  • Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional regulation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Proactive approach.

About the School:
