Job Title: Commercial Value Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial value initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and social responsibility.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their commercial needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our social value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or social value roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) with opportunities to buy extra leave.
