Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Project Lead to join our team at Devon Air Ambulance. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for leading on a variety of HR projects from inception to completion, providing expert advice and support to managers and staff across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on HR projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People and People Team colleagues to identify efficiencies in ways of working and effect positive procedural and cultural change.
  • Manage sensitive and contentious information with tact and diplomacy.

Requirements:
  • CIPD People Management Level 7 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload and deal with shifting priorities.
