We are a leading player in the dynamic and evolving field of influencer marketing. Our mission is to drive the influencer marketing industry forward.
As a Head of Influencers and Talents Partnerships, you will be responsible for sales and business development in the influencer marketing industry. You will identify and target potential business partners, influencers, and clients within the industry.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing business development strategies to expand our network and drive revenue growth.
You will also lead, mentor, and manage a team of Partnership team members, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities, including brands looking to leverage influencer marketing for their products and services.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our network and drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, influencers, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the influencer marketing industry.
- Strong network and connections within the influencer marketing ecosystem.
- Native/Fluently in English speaking, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; and team management.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
