Main Duties
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate episodes of care
  • Organize workload and delegate to other staff when necessary
  • Undertake nursing assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
  • Undertake generic assessments on behalf of the team
