We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a community setting. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
Main Duties- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes
- Plan, implement, and evaluate episodes of care
- Organize workload and delegate to other staff when necessary
- Undertake nursing assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
- Undertake generic assessments on behalf of the team
