Job Title: Care Team Leader - Days

About the Role:
As a Care Team Leader at Mablethorpe Care Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high standards of physical and emotional support and care to our residents. You will work within a supportive team to provide the best possible, person-centred care to our elderly residents, helping them to feel comfortable and secure in the home, while ensuring to help maintain their independence, dignity, and control of their own lives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high standards of physical and emotional support and care to our residents
* Supporting residents with everyday living tasks, using a tailored, person-centred approach, dependent on each individual's needs
* Supporting residents to be as active and independent as possible
* Reporting any wellbeing/safeguarding concerns
* Ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy, and safe
* Experience in administration of medication
* Care Planning experience
* Leading a team

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Senior Role is essential, NVQ level 3 is desirable
* A caring and compassionate personality, with a passion to help others in a safe manner
* Be confident and able to lead a team
* Strong communication skills
