Job Title: Senior Care Assistant Days

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Mablethorpe Care Ltd. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Lead a team of care assistants, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a senior care role, with a strong background in care planning and team leadership.
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
