Job Title: Senior Care Assistant Days

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Mablethorpe Care Ltd. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants, providing physical and emotional support to residents, and ensuring the home is maintained to a high standard. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care assistants to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the management team
  • Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness and safety
  • Report any concerns or issues related to resident wellbeing or safety
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a senior care role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
