Job Title: Senior Care Assistant Days

At Mablethorpe Care Ltd, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at our new residential care home in Mablethorpe.

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide high standards of physical and emotional support and care to our residents
* Support residents with everyday living tasks in a tailored, person-centred approach
* Support residents to be as active and independent as possible
* Report any wellbeing/safeguarding concerns
* Ensure the home is kept clean, tidy and safe

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a senior role is essential
* Caring and compassionate personality, with a passion to help others in a safe manner
* Confidence in leading a team
* Strong communication skills
