Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Are you a qualified lawyer looking for a challenging role in financial regulation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our team at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced solicitor to join our Competition, Retail Banking and Payments team. As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising on the application and effect of regulatory requirements and powers in practice. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure firms comply with all applicable rules, legislation, and law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on regulatory requirements and powers in practice
  • Work with colleagues to ensure firms comply with rules, legislation, and law
  • Devise and implement creative and pragmatic solutions
  • Acquire broader experience of financial services regulation
  • Be involved in policy development and draft rules and guidance
