About the Role

Prometheus Safe and Secure is a leading provider of specialist mental health services, delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care and support to patients with mental health conditions, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and developing strategies to address them.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as social services and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practice and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience within a mental health setting.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Current valid NMC pin.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Up-to-date Enhanced DBS.
  • Up-to-date Right to work in the UK.
