About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Wast Hills. As a Bank RMN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce comprehensive written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service, ensuring high standards of care and quality.
  • Attend all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Under the NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • A current PIN number and UK-based RMN experience.
  • The ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role.
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices and a commitment to patient recovery.
  • Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence.
