Job Title: Account Growth Manager
Join us as an Account Growth Manager at Defaqto Limited, where we're dedicated to empowering individuals to make more informed financial choices.
The role involves driving the adoption and promotion of our software and ratings, working closely with the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Average salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per year.
The Customer Success team plays a vital part in the onboarding and ongoing BAU journey for our clients across the UK financial services sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading presales demonstrations
- Developing and executing customer onboarding plans
- Tailoring software to meet client needs
- Broadening and deepening relationships with clients
- Identifying opportunities for expansion and growth
- Celebrating new launches and promoting our services
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintaining a strong focus on preventing customer loss
- Regularly engaging with clients
- Providing valuable insights to inform product development
- Being available by phone and email for client support
This role requires regular travel to client sites and collaboration with colleagues in our Haddenham office in Buckinghamshire.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a natural ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
