Disability and Autism Lead

This exciting opportunity is part of NELFT's innovative Relational Care Team, which aims to drive culture change towards more relational models of care.
The post holder will play a key role in advising on and developing a Trust-wide relational care approach, working closely with stakeholders and colleagues.
Main duties include:
- Providing lived experience leadership and specialist advice to support the development of a Trust-wide relational care approach.
- Ensuring co-production and lived experience involvement is central to the relational care approach offered across NELFT.
- Contribute to the establishment of a sustainable Trust lived experience model and frameworks.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with expertise in lived experience roles, who can lead and inspire others to drive cultural change.
A competitive salary of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum, plus HCAS, is offered for this challenging and rewarding role.
