Job Overview

The North East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, using evidence-based practice to provide a range of interventions and assessments. Your role will also involve supervising junior staff and support assistants, as well as taking a lead role in the leadership of these teams.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional who can demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will have a relevant clinical qualification to degree level in Learning Disability and experience of working within Learning Disability and Autism services.
