About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team at Barnardo's. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to lead the creation, design, delivery, and evaluation of our new Clinical Governance Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical governance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and external standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management teams to drive quality improvements and foster multidisciplinary working across the organisation.
  • Provide expert guidance on clinical governance and risk management to support operational management.

Requirements

  • Professional registration with NMC, HCPC or other AHP, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical governance within the NHS or equivalent.
  • Leadership or management qualification or equivalent recent experience in a leadership position.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
