About the Position
As a Property Compliance Supervisor at Trident Housing Association, you will play a critical role in ensuring our properties meet high standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting on property compliance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the supervision of day-to-day delivery of servicing, repairs, and voids works for the Co-operative.

You will be responsible for carrying out various tasks, including:
  1. Maintaining records of review dates for property safety compliance annual checks and servicing
  2. Producing weekly monitoring reports on gas compliance
  3. Reviewing certification and assessments to all properties and implementing any remedial work that may be required
  4. Reviewing Fire Risk Assessments to all properties on an annual basis as required, including implementing any remedial works needed and market testing costs of recommended works
  5. Carrying out annual compliance visits to all properties in management to ensure routine compliance actions are being undertaken, remedial works are complete, and properties meet our standards
