Job Title: Facilities and Solutions Coordinator
About the Role:
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit designated client areas, ensuring they are 'fit for business.'
- Carry out inspections of designated areas, record and proactively report issues and defects to the facilities helpdesk.
- Provide a physical and personal presence at scheduled external and internal client events, ensuring event areas are meticulously maintained.
- Manage community activities, including the Kitchen Table Area, through liaison with the Cleaning Team and support for events.
- Report on any known AV issues to Multimedia services.
- Liaison with Facilities Management team and escalating where required.
- Utilize strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills.
- Employ IT literacy, with experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software.
- Able and flexible handling a wide variety of tasks daily.
