About Our Team

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Clarion Housing Group. The role involves providing a focused management service to residents, managing access to the building, and ensuring security of communal areas.

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing access to the building, ensuring security of communal areas, and providing a focused management service to residents. You will also be working closely with internal teams to deliver services to residents, so excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Requirements:

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £24,616.80 - £33,616 per annum pro rata, dependent on experience.
