Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bespoke Consultant & Coordinator to join our team at the Hackett Savile Row Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing bespoke orders, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, working closely with the Head Cutter to offer the highest quality service and reflect the brand values.
  • Manage bespoke orders, ensuring timely and accurate production, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring seamless communication with the team.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Tailoring on strategic projects, reporting any matters regarding the bespoke department.
  • Cultivate a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork, and embodying the Hackett values.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail, with a focus on bespoke and luxury sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in managing bespoke customer databases and client management.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on driving sales and achieving commercial objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
