Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bespoke Consultant to join our team at Hackett Savile Row Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing bespoke customer databases, and working closely with our Head of Tailoring on strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, reflecting the brand's values and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all orders and production timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Head Cutter to offer the highest quality service and attract and retain customers.
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations and contribute to achieving commercial objectives and KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Head of Tailoring on bespoke projects and report any matters regarding the bespoke department.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English speaker, with other languages being a plus.
  • Experience in retail logistics and operations, managing bespoke customer databases, and client management.
  • Strong team player with a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a helpful and kind attitude.
