Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bespoke Consultant & Coordinator to join our team at the Hackett Savile Row Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our customers, working closely with the Store Manager and Head Cutter to offer the highest quality service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in fashion retail, with a strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for achieving commercial objectives, managing bespoke customer databases, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Work closely with the Head Cutter to offer exceptional service, reflecting the brand values.
  • Sales: Achieve commercial objectives and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
  • Shop Operations: Support the Store Manager in daily operations, overseeing production timelines and managing bespoke customer databases.
  • Bespoke: Work closely with the Head of Tailoring on strategic projects, reporting any matters regarding the bespoke department.
  • Cultural Fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English speaker, other languages a plus.
  • Experience in retail logistics and operations.
  • Experience in managing bespoke customer databases.
  • Experience in client management and clienteling.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
  • Amazing communications skills.
