Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team at St Helen and St Katharine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR Manager and HR Assistant in various aspects of HR operations, including employment issues, recruitment, and contract preparation.

This is a full-time, full-year position that requires a personable and highly organised individual. The successful candidate will be expected to advise staff and management on employment issues and assist with formal casework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the HR Manager and HR Assistant in HR operations
  • Advise staff and management on employment issues
  • Assist with formal casework, including recruitment and contract preparation
  • Process pay and prepare contracts of employment
