Job Title: Risk and Compliance Insights Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Insights Data Analyst to join our dynamic Risk Assurance team in Leeds or the Isle of Man. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical business insights and driving innovation in data analysis.

This role offers a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to balance working from home with working in our modern offices. You will have the flexibility to discuss your work pattern with your manager to find a balance that suits both you and the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the analytical partner for Compliance and Risk collaborators, providing ad-hoc and proactive analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory aspects and operations, ensuring that our business remains compliant and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver industry-leading results in Risk and Compliance, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and statistical techniques.
  • Present complex data insights to stakeholders, ensuring that your findings are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the gaming industry and regulatory aspects.
  • Experience with large datasets and analysis tools, including Python, R, SQL, MicroStrategy, and Tableau.
  • Practical experience with statistical techniques, such as hypothesis testing, causal impact, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
