Job Description

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst - Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our IT Compliance Team as an Assistant Vice President - Technical Analyst (Compliance). The successful candidate will have a strong background in ETL, data warehousing, and regulatory compliance, with experience in managing and optimizing ETL workflows, ensuring efficient data processing and storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced skills in IBM DataStage to manage and optimize ETL workflows, ensuring efficient data processing and storage.
  • Apply knowledge in transaction monitoring and compliance within regulated industries to uphold high standards of regulatory adherence.
  • Drive and manage long-term projects across Change Management and IT, showcasing strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Address and resolve gaps in data architecture, implementing strategic solutions for sustained success.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to integrate compliance processes and regulatory frameworks seamlessly into our infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Proven senior-level experience as a data scientist with a robust background in ETL, data warehousing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience within large-scale operations or blue-chip companies, particularly in financial services or regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated capability in driving complex projects and leading teams effectively.
  • Adept at integrating compliance requirements into IT processes and mitigating associated risks.

About the Role:

As an AVP in our IT Compliance Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance across our global operations. You'll work alongside a mature team with in-depth knowledge of compliance applications and infrastructure, contributing to the optimization of our IT systems and fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
