Job Overview

Job Title: Data Quality Analyst

Job Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid-Working (x2/3 days onsite, plus x2/3 days WFH)

Hourly Rate: c£35 per hour (via Umbrella)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality reviews and liaise with relevant business function leads to ensure data are sufficient to provide accurate and compliant reports.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and transparency aspects of relevant Codes of Practice for a global pharmaceutical client.
  • Capture high-quality data from internal ERP systems and pass it through to the transparency reporting system.
Requirements
  • Background in financial systems/processes, either via Finance, IT, or Data Analytics managing data flows from data sources for reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 8601, etc.).
  • Advanced use of MS Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel (and/or SharePoint).
  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment (ideally with an understanding of pharmaceutical industry activities and compliance regulations) is an advantage.
